An Elegant Dream

A poem of longing desire

Photo by Jr Korpa on Unsplash

I’m crushed by your beauty cerebral whimsical verses. I’m torn apart by your hanging rose quartz from mind to heart, I’m entangled like a planet ripped by gravitational might those mathematical fables of smiles swarm atom by atom, I’m tossed asunder into the depths of a passionate winter. Call me, O! Muse, rip off these garments and make love to a blooming harvest Foretold. Forbidden. Endless caresses. As photons touch your subtle places hips upon my hands thrust upon heaps of mountains reach forever into a fruitful sky relinquish my sorrows, in the dripping of purple twilight. Growth in October decry, as fallen petals crumble beneath our canvas, smeared surrealist truths appear deciduous into time’s vigorous kingdom. Flinging pebbled promises into space to vibrate our manifolds and chasms divided by a longing glance satisfied by nectars sweetened trance succumbed to your bosom I find blueberry touches in a globe that spins around those star-freckles kisses. I trace each one — constellation secrets to Eden’s garden I enter parched and in need of a tasteful oasis, you beckon me near the tree of life now clear for we shall never know the seed growing the leaf swaying or the banch chattering of heavenly prose, blooming redbuds of a dreamer now roused falls to you —

the essence of true earth.
