An Ego Driven Life is One of Scarcity
A love & soul based life will attract abundance

Fear Vs. Love
Fear holds us back, whereas love propels us forward. I view it as the devil on one shoulder and the angel on my other shoulder. The devil will discourage you from reaching your full potential. He will thwart your best plans and sabotage you. Conversely, the angel will cheer you on when you are courageous and encourage the best side of you to come forward and shine.
Fear Is the Voice Of Ego
The ego creates a sense of lack. It holds us back. It is that devil on our shoulders. Sure, there is a small place in life where the ego keeps us safe, but we must keep it in check. We all have the duality of the devil and angel in us. But we want more of the angel than the devil.
The ego will lead to addiction because it creates a sense of lack. It creates scarcity. You cannot seem to fulfill the need. It is never enough. Many times, the ego makes us lead a life of comparison. Those addictions may rear their ugly head in various forms including, but not limited to:
- Eating addictions
- Gambling addictions
- Shopping addictions
- Drug Addictions
- Sex addictions
- Drinking addictions
- Working out addictions
Doing anything compulsively is an addiction, and it stems from trying to avoid responsibility or feeling like you are not good enough, trying to keep up with your perception of what other people have, in other words — ego-centered thinking.
Love is the Voice Of Soul
Self-observation dissolves ego and conquers fear. Soul is the source of creativity, healing, laughter, and love. A soul-based life is one of awareness, acceptance, and forgiveness. It is full of unlimited possibilities and untapped potential. Energy is renewable through eternal healing.
A love-based soulful life is built on understanding connection — oneness, unity. We treat each other with kindness and respect when we live in such a way. We treat others the way we want to be treated. There is no need to keep up or compete.
A love and soul-based life will attract abundance and allow us to manifest our deepest desires.
Final Thoughts
Fear, doubt, and worry contract us and hold us back from our full potential. They weigh us down and make us feel heavy.
Love, happiness, and hope elevate our mood. They lift our spirits and allow us to reach our full potential with lightness and the air of which an angel would do their work.
Where I put my attention will grow stronger. I can choose fear or love. Fear will trip me, hurt me, and hold me back. So, I choose love. Love will propel me forward with grace. I am not talking about romantic love. I am talking about expansive love. Love is light, acceptance, and nonjudgement — love, which is exuberance and laughter. Love is simply learning to live in each moment.
Having a vision is one thing. Having an intention is one thing. The secret is to put the vision and intention together — they must align with all of my choices for the universe to conspire and deliver my greatest desires. You, too, can achieve this.

Highlighting a couple stories today, Lucid Reality wrote about trusting the process — so much wisdom.
Dr. Preeti Singh wrote a story that raises awareness about stigmas. It is heartbreaking that people can be so judgmental.
