Comparison Obama and Trump Administration: In Line With Northern Syria Policy Turkey and SDF

From the standpoint of Turkey, I assess former US President Barack Obama’s most recent speech. Were Trump and Obama following through on their commitments to Turkey?

Trump has kept his promises to Turkey.

It shows that he is serious when it comes to honoring promises. This was well received by the Turkish people. Obama, on the other hand, had promised that the terrorist YPG/PYD would never be able to pass through the Menbic region.

The Turkish army must share the details of a military operation against the terrorist group in Northern Syria. Turkey’s Syrian border has been cleared of terrorists.

I emphasize that Turkey has not a problem. We live together with Kurdish citizens peacefully.

We even had a Kurdish president and prime minister, not to mention various politicians at all levels. All of the ethnicities are represented.

I am writing to inform the American people that your administration is helping a terrorist organization to obtain energy resources against an ally, Turkey.

As an ally of the United States and the Western World, Turkey began to assist in the Korean War.

Why did you decide to collaborate with a terrorist organization? Turkey is a stable country with a strong military presence in the region. Turkey’s most recent military operation, Peace Spring, began without regard for the United States of America or the Russian Federation.

The PKK is a terrorist group. They are despised by Kurds. In the Kurdish Region of Northern Iraq, Turkey has worked with Barzani to combat the PKK.

The US will lose the Syrian Civil War to Russia if it does not work with Turkey sufficiently. Syria’s influence has grown thanks to Russia. Because the US government is unconcerned about its allies, the US will be alone.

Turkey has purchased S-400 however it wanted the US Patriot missiles. The Obama administration didn’t sell it.

Turkey is situated in a hazardous region. Syria, Iraq, Iran, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Bulgaria, and Greece all share its borders. It is necessary to safeguard yourself. Turkey requires an air missile defense system. Because Turkey purchased the S-400 Russian Air Missile System, the US did not sell it and imposed an embargo on it.

Did you notice the paradox of the US?

Year after year, Iran’s influence in the Middle East has grown. Russia and China are increasing their influence in the Middle East. Turkey can continue on its endeavor to achieve effective balance.

Turkey’s SWOT analysis is reviewed. You can obviously see that NATO, the United States, and the European Union all rely on Turkey to change the area. It’s a complicated situation because, as the US loses one ally, the competition between the two countries has grown stronger. This is something that Americans should be aware of.

Turkey is a strategic partner for the US, a member of NATO, a candidate for the EU, country.
