An Alternate Theory for the Big Bang

The prevailing Big Bang theory extrapolates known scientific facts to an almost complete model we can all recognize as plausible, and yet there is something amiss. For many decades, scientists have not been able to declare the zero moment well; working with a mathematical singularity that indicates that the math stops making sense does not provide enough satisfaction.

The alternate theory for the Big Bang theory presented in this article uses the same known scientific facts and delivers a storyline still within the scientific realm but goes one single step further back in time than where the Big Bang starts out. By using the outbound motion seen among all matter, the opposite — an inbound motion among original energy — is the scientific starting point for the Big Whisper theory.

Newton would have approved the set-up: What goes in, must come out, and that outward movement is indeed what we see with matter.

The oldest fact we have about our material universe is the Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation. There is no direct data for what happened prior to that point. If we place the CMBR at 380,000 years out from its mathematical center, then a straight path to that center may appear logical, but matter may not be from that center or the center region at all.

With the alternate perspective, the Big Whisper theory has matter occur exactly at the moment it is thought to have matured in the Big Bang theory: at the moment of the Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation.

The Big Bang theory has energy mature into matter during a long process, while the Big Whisper theory has energy transform into matter from what is basically a mishap among original energy. These two theories propose two very distinct processes.

Envision the creation of a toy. In the Big Bang theory, the toy is built from an almost nuclear perspective. Meanwhile, the Big Whisper theory has the toy built from parts.

The reasoning for the Big Whisper theory to start out with parts is simple: Because energy does not get lost, we need not produce energy first to get to matter. We can start out with energy because all agree (all scientists say: Energy does not get lost) that it was there already.

Slipher, Lemaitre and Hubble provided us the information that everything material is moving outwardly away from one another in our universe. Note how no evidence was ever presented that time and space were created, nor did it prove that energy was absent prior to the creation of matter. These are therefore assumptions, accepted either as true or somewhat true.

In the Big Whisper theory, time, space and energy already existed in Universe 1.0; yet matter did not.

In the Big Whisper theory the focus is first on how the prior state ended. Once our universe contained matter, this is seen as the beginning of Universe 2.0.

How is it possible to have matter appear mid-space?

The Big Whisper theory is based on an inward motion among original energy first, prior to the materialization process. Inward motion, without any other controls in place, will establish a center of enormous tension. The Big Whisper model does not contain a singularity simply because the center itself did not materialize. In the center a block of original energy got established, and matter appeared from energy found around that enormous, round block.

The technical aspect to consider is whether original energy was all of the same make or not. The Big Whisper theory predicts that original energy was all of the same make because the inward motion established that center block. Had original energy been of different makes, the center block would not have been possible.

Because something went awry during the inward motion, all reverted and catapulted outwardly. The energy in the center also catapulted outwardly, but it did not materialize.

Whether this inward motion was a conscious action or simply an occurrence is not the most important question. Important is the idea that there was no stopping this inward motion. As anyone knows, inward motions cannot continue ad infinitum.

Ultimately, an inward motion is stopped by no other force than inward motion itself coming from all other directions. At that point, this stuck original energy in the center was growing to become an enormously large ball, not penetrable. This is called Zone 1.

The overall inward motion continued but, right at the point where stuck energy absorbed much of the tension, side-way motion started to appear. In Zone 2, the overall inward motion is no longer capable of adding a stuck layer of energy to Zone 1. In Zone 2, energy started to shift and churn.

Side-way movements occurred at the edge of the tremendously large ball, and this side-way moving energy ended up becoming independent, self-based. It churned original energy into a quark soup.

Original energy got damaged in Zone 2, and not in Zone 1 or Zone 3. The damage occurring in Zone 2 caused the entire inward motion to stop and revert, and energy in all zones catapulted outwardly.

During the Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation there was no bang. It was more a crackling, a whisper detected with our instruments. These are the aftermath signs of matter having become independent, self-based. The quark soup that had been encapsulated by tension between Zone 1 and Zone 3 finally reached a spot with the space to move about. Immediately, the quark soup ended up forming neutrons and protons — at the CMBR.

An interesting aspect is that the electrons are not from Zone 2. The electrons are not from damaged original energy. Because the protons have a positive charge (and the neutrons are neutral), the electrons had to be pulled in from undamaged original energy to neutralize that positive charge.

As such, matter is created from transformed original energy that arrived via two different pathways. Damaged original energy + the compensation in charge provided by the (much larger) remnant of original energy.

That is the Big Whisper theory. It’s almost like the Big Bang, but the model differs in time and space and energy. Where the Big Bang starts in (or close to) the center of the materialization process, the Big Whisper starts with matter occurring from energy at the edges of a very large, stuck, center block.
