Always Go For The Running Start

Or you’ll be digging yourself out of a hole the rest of the year

I was listening to an executive talk the other day, and she recommended at the beginning of each year, start off running with your goals, so you won’t have to dig yourself out of a hole the entire year.

You know how it goes.

A person wants to lose 100 pounds, but they keep putting off the habits they need to implement, like 1) not eating out, 2) consistently working out, and 3) drinking more water. They end up putting healthy habits off so long that before they realize it, it’s August, and they’ve made zero progress.

Got a new goal? Attack it hardcore right off the bat.
