Allowing The Light Of Consciousness To Sparkle

Poem on breaking barriers and freedom from sufferings

The unconscious trips The distressed calls The neglectful reaction The pain, the resistance

All indicates to the suppressed Feelings and emotions Now wants to get free From the deeply embedded ego-trap

It may seem Like an endless tunnel Suffering still going on Unknowingly we created the barriers In the dream of a perfect life Conforming to our limited mindsets

But the spirit wants to fly The consciousness coming forth the weight has to lift The lightness is bound to appear

Ego resisting is the only suffering It is not life which we may otherwise think

Let it come forth, Let it Go Allow what it is If fear surfaces, Let it be, Don’t resist Embrace everything, whatever it is Freedom comes when everything is accepted

Consciousness has to expand It will make its way Just let your beliefs be aside Allowing light to traverse to the deepest, and darkest corners!
