All that I wanted and more means a whole lot that I didn’t Wish that I knew this before I committed and got me stuck in it A weight presses down to the floor Mind & heart struggle to spin it I feel it deep down in my core There seems no way out, I can’t win it Spirit and soul are too poor So well acquainted with limit Confused, what to do, so not sure Can’t get through life on a gimmick My friends and my family implore Life is a gift you must live it Just knock when at a closed door A pause doesn’t mean you are finished
