All It Takes Is One Month To Change Your Look!

I do questions and answers with my readers all the time. Here’s a question about when someone should start a workout program

Q: I plan on starting a health and fitness program next month. What do you think I should do to prepare for it?

A: This question is almost like an excuse type of thing. I know this because I used to do it all the time as well. “I’ll start next month/week.”

In other words, you’re telling yourself (subconsciously),”I have a month to fluff off and do nothing. I can eat whatever I want and be lazy until then.”

Here’s the way I, now, look at this kind of question. Why wait a month to get started?

Could it be Holidays? Could it be Family Stuff? Maybe it’s a Vacation?

Outside of a vacation, I’m not sure which one of those actually lasts a month. I’m not sure which holidays last a month either, but there could be one out there.

Also, doing family stuff for an entire month? What kind of family stuff could take a whole month? Hmmmm.

OK, let’s assume you’re just wanting to start next month because, that’s what you’re telling yourself. OK.

If you’re planning on starting something a month from now, and you’ve already planned on it, I would say just move your plan up a month is all.

Do you know how much your body can change in a month?

Just with a little bit of change to your diet? A change to your workout? A change to your daily routine?

All I’m saying, getting back to the original question, if you want to know what I think you should do to prepare for it, I would say don’t wait a month, start doing something now!

Start some kind of workout program now! Start some kind of eating plan now!

It’s doesn’t have to be anything major. Maybe go walking a mile or two every day. Maybe drink more water and less sugary stuff every day.

Believe it or not, a combination of those two things will do so much for you in a month. You’ll feel completely different and LOOK completely different!

Yes folks, it really is that simple.

A little bit of change in your activity and diet can equal a HUGE change in your body after an entire month!
