Aliens, Technology, Inner Earth Academy Discussion

New information is given concerning the realities of Earth.

In a previous article, while inside my library/study in the advanced area of the Inner Earth Academy, I talked with the Illumined Sage/Warrior. I mentioned in that article the part where he talked about his history on Earth, previously known as Zalmoxis or Zamolxis. See this article to catch up:

I finally found an illustration (see main photo) to represent him instead of always referring to and calling him Elendil of the Rings of Power.

I learned more information from him the other night while I was in the ‘main’ Academy library, where I had previously spent time with the female librarian- Madria, to discuss the Snow Elves.

The Illumined Sage walked in. I heard the librarian greet him, calling him Rane. I immediately said, “Rane, I like that name!” In our last meeting, he didn’t seem to care what I called him. Immediately after I said this, Madria told me that his proper name was Raynor, but some called him Rane.

He greeted us and asked us to sit at a table. He said he wanted me to be familiar with the different extraterrestrials that live here permanently, have an outpost/base, or visit regularly. He asked Madria if she would show me the records of extraterrestrial history on this planet.

Madria said she would arrange when we could review the archives and current information. She then told me that most information is stored in quantum memory, which can be released in ‘packets’ based on the planet and its location.

She said she could release this information in a light stream, which would appear on a holographic-type screen. All visitors or residents’ histories and backgrounds are available for my perusal. I replied that I appreciated her assistance and was ready whenever she had the time.

Then Madria focused on Rane and asked him if that was all he needed from her, and He said yes. She gave me a warm shoulder pat and returned to her duties.

I asked Rane about the fireplace in my library/study and if this “Heaven on Earth” area of the Academy was ‘generated’ the same way he did the Christmas tree and room for me last year.

Rane said that the 4th-density has fully embraced advanced technology and artificial intelligence. He then tried to explain the process to me in simple terms. I wished I had studied more science so he could have gone deeper.

He said ‘time cells’ have been set on this planet at different levels of Consciousness. Our human 3rd density has a time cycle nearing its end, and our time-cell is set using gravity to ‘manifest form.’ There is a time lag between the lower 3rd density existence and Earth’s Higher Consciousness fields of reality.

Fourth-density Consciousness is more expanded and vibrates faster intelligent thoughtforms, creating a time-cell out of phase with normal human awareness and brain frequency.

Rane mentioned there was technology humans could use to perceive the 4th-density given to them in treaty exchanges by certain aliens. Some of this technology can actually ‘phase-shift’ a human temporarily into 4th-density.

At this comment, I said, “Yes, I know about phase-shifting technology. It’s been used against me on several occasions and is a device that can take my physical or astral body and shift it into 4th-density frequency.

Rane replied that the original technology given was designed to allow humans to see and understand 4th-density alien visitors. It was technology like a holographic screen that could allow one brain frequency to merge with another brain frequency with an interface and exchange information.

Humans didn’t have to expand their Consciousness, thereby altering their brain frequency and adapting, but instead, this ‘evolutionary human advancement’ was bypassed or not taught to humans, and a shortcut for easy use was given.

After treaty agreements, some aliens helped human scientists adapt the technology to ‘phase their bodies’ in and out of 3rd, the astral plane, and lower 4th-density by wearing a device.

I replied that this phase-shifting technology was now on most US military spaceships and was used against the people of Earth. It was a horrible disservice to humanity to keep giving unenlightened, matrix humans technology without the maturity, wisdom, or Consciousness expansion needed to use the technology responsibly.

All these alien shortcuts we demanded in exchange for the aliens to have bases here and experiment on us were only going to cause our destruction in the end. Rane nodded his understanding of my thoughts and continued describing our Inner Earth Academy and the higher 4th-density ‘Heaven on Earth’ space.

Rane said that many of our struggles don’t exist in the Higher frequencies of Intelligent Thoughtform Reality because they have already been worked out and perfected. This is due to the expanded and faster processing speeds of Consciousness and brain-electromagnetic fields of the Avatar forms being used.

The fact that humans exist in the lower, more dense frequency of thoughtform puts us in a time lag behind advanced civilizations in the galaxy. We evolve slowly so that different alien groups can experiment with our Avatar form for their own reasons.

It is here that I commented that part of our problem is that we have seven different levels of spiritual evolution on our planet as opposed to planets that have only two or three. Humans can be very far apart in Consciousness on our planet, causing strife and division.

He went on to say time and space do not actually exist as a permanent structure. The Creators of Intelligent Thoughtform Realites (my terminology) design the conscious Avatar experience levels like in a computer game. The Creators of Avatars design the forms to experience the specific ‘time-cell’ reality, which in some higher realities seems ‘timeless.’

Consciousness graduates into Higher frequencies of intelligence and, in doing so, gains access to more advanced avatar bodies to use. At this Academy, we have divided our reality into two different levels of 4th-density. The shift in Consciousness expansion and Avatar processing speeds of thoughtforms is significant enough to create two separate levels.

This is why you see this area of the Academy is open to all extraterrestrials and expanded humans, and the ‘Heaven on Earth’ as you call it or our ‘Advanced Educational and Retreat Center’ is only available to Avatars who have processed human struggles expanding beyond them thus removing most of these blemishes from their Blueprint patterns.

We use more familiar alien technology in designing the standard 4th-density part of the academy. We can manifest anything we want by designing the blueprint and giving it to artificial intelligence to manifest.

In the Higher 4th density retreat, that reality was manifested mostly by ‘The Master of the Inner Earth Academy.’ I have also manifested some areas he continued, and this is done purely from our thoughtforms.

So, to answer your question, when the Master invited you to be a part of the advanced retreat, I created your library-study area from experiences I knew you had that made you feel comfortable and secure, like a fireplace and a fountain of water. Similarly, I created the room with the Christmas tree only that was added with the assistance of AI.

Each Being that resides in our advanced retreat (H.O.E) will see the main areas as you have seen them. But they will also have their own private space designed from their thoughtforms for additional comfort. For some, that may only be a mat or cushion on the floor or filled with plants or other objects of comfort.

With this, I knew we were at the end of our discussion, but I asked one final question. I said, “I believed the Master to be a Star Being or 6th-density Being that has set up educational academies on several planets. May I assume that for you to manifest directly and alter your Avatar into different forms, you are at least what I call 5th-density, such as the Snow Elves I know as Valtros and Denith?

Rane or Raynor replied that my ideas were an accurate assessment. I thanked him for his time, and we both rose, and I watched him leave the library.
