Alien Tech that Shifts Planets to New Frequencies.

There is multidimensional extraterrestrial technology that the Lyran Earth Snow Elves witnessed operating in our region of space.

Yishierra (my Lyran Snow Elf Self in High 4th-density) has been on board one of their starships lately. She has been doing an educational tour and contributing her skills in various departments.

Recently the Earth Snow Elves, along with a few other extraterrestrial groups like the ones previously mentioned who were descendants from Lemuria, encountered an alien device.

I did my best for several days to find illustrations of what this device looked like. I could not find any really close images, so the ones I have paid for here in this article are the best idea I could find.

Let me describe this technology. In a way, it looks like a spinning vortex (tornado-like) when it is active and linking between densities or frequencies. It is not cloudy and filled with debris like a tornado but is transparent and clear. It is definitely ‘device looking’ and has no natural features.

You can ‘see’ what is being transported from one density to another captured inside this device. While the device is spinning, the object inside is blurred and not as sharp. But you can see clearly what is inside this technology when the device is holding still or stable in one frequency.

When our starship arrived or Yishierra’s ship on the scene, two alien groups were already witnessing what was occurring. Then the Lemurian group arrived as well.

Several extraterrestrials from each ship rotated meeting on board each other’s ships to discuss the ‘threat level’ and reasons behind what was occurring. This device was within what is considered ‘an occupied space under Guardian protection,’ so this was a serious situation.

Yishierra learned that this multi-frequency or multi-density device could capture objects such as spaceships, moons, asteroids, comets, planets, and other things and shift them into a different frequency and reality of the preprogrammed reality or Intelligent Thoughtform Reality.

Yishierra witnessed some starships captured in one frequency suddenly come out of the device into her 4th-density frequency. She was recording all the events happening into some system for specific evaluation and diagnosis I do not know how to explain.

Several senior Beings from each ship were doing diagnostic evaluations, and several assisted the Senior advisors in these tasks. Their computer systems were also recording and analyzing the device.

But what each senior ET was doing that was different from computer data was they were using their Higher skills to communicate with the Guardians in 5th-density to discuss and receive additional information to add to the whole analysis.

The device apparently was ‘unmanned’ or without any physical extraterrestrial within it to communicate with. But everyone determined it was controlled and operated by aliens capable of shifting forms or not holding any shape if they wished.

Shape and form in Intelligent Thoughtform Realities can be many things. They do not have to be like human forms with all kinds of organs inside them. Advanced Minds can create or project a solid form like Star Trek Next Gen holodeck. The form can be made with internal organs to blend in, or they can solidify the outer form with limited but adequate sensory systems.

Yishierra is such an Avatar form, and all her companions KNOW that Yishierra was not birthed from a Lyran Earth Snow Elf but was created through pure Consciousness Mind. Conscious Mind holds Yishierra’s sensory form in High 4th-density.

These kinds of Avatars are common in the universe because many extraterrestrials travel on Thoughtform Highways with their Conscious Mind and then manifest a body when they arrive at a different frequency and location, for example, a starship or planet.

Yishierra’s companions know she is transcending into 5th-density; and that her 4th-density Snow Elf body is temporary.

Back to the alien device.

Yishierra and the extraterrestrial groups also saw planetoid objects leaving their density and transferring into another reality. This became a concern, so a council meeting was held with the 5th-density Guardians.

The Guardians, who could see where these objects were going, explained that this group of aliens were acting from their motivations and interest and were not in alignment with any shifting of objects to different frequencies of the preprogrammed reality.

There ARE techniques that each preprogrammed reality uses to move objects around inside different realities. If you can imagine a computer game with levels, inside each level is ‘world building.’ We, as Avatars, see the outer world and its structures.

But behind the scenes, there are THOUGHTFORMS with form and purpose that can shift some of the objects inside one density or reality into another. This is all under the direction of the Cosmic Creator who created the Intelligent Thoughtform Reality.

In this case, someone was acting independently. Imagine Melkor from the Tolkien Silmarillion (LOTR), who desired to create or control his own world and all the Beings within it. He wanted to be their God like Ilúvatar, where he would control all of Middle Earth’s creation, and all Beings would be subjugated to his Will.

This alien Being and its group mind were acting outside the natural laws of their preprogrammed realities. This breaking of natural laws happens in 3rd and 4th-density, primarily by ego-dominated alien and human Avatars on their planets or in their spaceships wreaking havoc in their neighborhood.

But in this case, the Guardians explained they intuited that these aliens had created plans or THOUGHTFORMS that desired to take a couple of planets. One outside our solar system but also, at some point, Earth, removing them from their position and frequency and placing them into a different frequency with an even more alien-controlled Thoughtform Matrix of Consciousness.

Many discussions happened regarding the best way to handle the situation that would still abide by the Creator’s or, for example, Ilúvatar’s programming desires.

Currently, this alien device fluctuates between 3rd-density, 4th-density, and even low 5th-density. Because this device has co-opted a lower frequency of 5th-density, the Guardians are stepping in to seal off or restrict their ability to transition or phase into 5th-density in our local space.

Beings from Arcturus are involved (the gatekeepers of 5th-density) along with Earth’s Lyran Snow Elves 5th-density Guardians. The other planet slated to be transferred or phased has no 5th-density frequency and is uninhabited.

Some regular patrols and containment measures have been implemented around this alien device. This is all the information I have at this time. But I am sure this will get resolved soon.

These aliens could choose to abandon their operations in our local space and go elsewhere. Still, for the Intelligent Thoughtform Reality Creator and 5th-density Acturians, this would probably not be satisfactory and would have to be resolved more permanently.
