Airdrop | Scroll’s Alpha TestNet Step-by-Step Guide

Scroll is a zkEVM-based zkRollup on Ethereum that enables native compatibility for existing Ethereum applications and tools.

They have secured a substantial $80 million in funding from big ventures such as Polychain and Sequoia, which greatly increases the chances of an eventual token launch.

Mainnet is confirmed for August. Early users who have engaged in testnet could be eligible for an airdrop!

Tasks

1.Transfer and withdraw test tokens in Bridge. 2. Swap test tokens and provide liquidity in Swap.

1. Transfer and withdraw test tokens

Step 1: Adding networks. Go to https://scroll.io/alpha and add Goerli and Scroll Testnet to your Metamask wallet.

Step 2: Getting Goerli ETH. (If you have an Alchemy account: go to http://goerlifaucet.com to request Goerli ETH. )

Now you have Goerli ETH, time to transfer.

Step 3: Go to http://scroll.io/alpha/bridge and transfer (deposit) 0.01 ETH to Scroll. The bridging took about 10 minutes.

And withdraw some ETH from Scroll to Goerli.

2. Swap test tokens and provide liquidity

Step 1: go to Uniswap “Scroll Alpha Testnet” Interface (https://uniswap-v3.scroll.io/#/swap)

Step 2: Import USDC token to your wallet using this address: 0xA0D71B9877f44C744546D649147E3F1e70a93760.

Sept 3: Swap 0.01 ETH to USDC

Step 4: provide liquidity (LP), add ETH/USDC pool.

Step 5: Remove LP and collect fees, click here

Step 6: Go to https://scroll.izumi.finance/swap 1> swap 0.01ETH to iZi and USDC ( or any other tokens)

2> go to Limit order, sell ETH buy USDT, add and confirm

3> go to Liquidity and add Liquidity

Provide iZi/ETH LP

Your added LP positions will appear as NFTs, and the assets are bound to the NFTs.Please do NOT list them in any NFT marketplace to avoid accidental loss of your fund.

3> Remove Liquidity and click on details

Step 7: go to https://syncswap.xyz

Switch network to “Scroll” & click “Faucet”

1> Make some swaps

2> provide liquidity
