AirBnB Promises A Killer Stay
If the prices don’t kill you, the serial killers will

Is the AirBnB bust upon us? A viral tweet indicates yes.

But a deeper dive into the data (offsite) by real estate experts at Inman says LOL. AirBnB is doing just fine. That’s fortunate for entrepreneurs willing to put forward a little effort into a rental property.
Unfortunate, however, for the dummies who choose to stay there for the night. Honestly, just how many red flags would you be willing to ignore for a good night’s sleep?
Here are two movies that will change how you feel about AirBnBs forever.
Barbarian (Rotten Tomatoes score: 92%)

IMDB Description: A woman staying at an Airbnb discovers that the house she has rented is not what it seems.
The less you know about the plot of this movie, the better. It has so many twists and turns, I fell off my seat both times I watched it. There are two moments in particular that made me scream out loud. This is the sleeper hit you don’t want to miss.
Barbarian is streaming now on HBO.
The Rental (Rotten Tomatoes score: 74%)

IMDB Description: Two couples rent a vacation home for what should be a celebratory weekend get-away.
Who the **** knew Dave Franco could write? While he’s killed it many times in front of the camera as an actor, his debut as a writer/director is chilling beyond words.
The Rental is streaming now on Netflix.
