Age With Me
The hands we hold are the heart in ‘we.’

Age with me and we’ll take turns making tea. I’ll lace yours and then mine with a bit of Brandy.
Age with me letting gray locks see the turntable of time I’m not you and you’re not me but together we can be two ships out at sea.
Age with me to spark our quest with our inevitable key crafted from difficulties yet willing to accept our abundant seeds of budding unity.
Age with me when the days can’t find their ways but night still curls us into silver spoons at rest.
Age with me to see the lines of our wrinkles the smiles in their creases the tears of tired the hands we hold are the heart in ‘we.’
Age with me it’ll be our adventure where you’ll see my sentiments with just a look and I’ll smile knowing you and I were always meant to be.
