Age Over Wood
…and the construction of a new word: amfilies

Years may box you — box you into into what you want to undo.
Undo others as others do. Do you age you or do they you?
You, they, we — us construct our truths and crate them up in age and youth.
Inbox, outbox aging apple! See the saw and eschew scalpel.
NOTE, AND NEW WORD ALERT: Yesterday, on my birthday eve, arrived news that the body of a dear friend was growing a new baby girl. This friend is a ‘fake’ daughter, and her husband is my ‘fake’ son-in-law. My happiness is true…and for that, I thank the ‘fake!’ Life is all about constructs, right? Genetics makes us families. Spirit makes us amfilies. Amfilies. Take it. Use it. The world needs this new word now! Celebrate its birthday…and I’ll celebrate mine! Thank you.
