After Getting Covid You Still Need to Get Vaccinated.
Don’t Believe in What You Read Online.

I was having lunch a few days ago and watching The Doctors. They had a woman who was once an Anti-Vaxxer and turned into someone who is now vaccinated. I wish I could remember how and why she made that decision, but my mother doesn’t know how to be quiet no matter how often I shushed her up.
But I did manage to watch and hear what her husband said. He did get Covid, and because of that, he doesn’t want to get vaccinated because he believes his Antibodies will protect him from future variants.
Yes, some illness’ antibodies will indeed protect you from getting sick again. Unfortunately, however, it’s not the case when it comes to Covid-19. And this is why I am writing this.

A CDC study said that vaccinated people have stronger immunity than those who got Covid and think they have immunity. However, it says that some people who got Covid- 19 cannot develop antibodies. It also depends on how severe the infection was too.
Otherwise, you have some antibodies that will give you some protection, even if you have mild symptoms, but that isn’t enough to ensure that you don’t get it again.
If you got Covid-19 and got vaccinated, more antibodies will protect you a lot longer from getting it again.
Still Not Convince.
There are reports of people who got Covid the second or third time.
Yes, those who had the Covid-19 the first time around are twice and three times as likely to get it again if they are not vaccinated. And the second and third times might be worst than the first time around.
There is a woman in India who got Covid-19 three times.

Yes, you might have antibodies from the first time, but that doesn’t protect you from getting infected again and again if you are unvaccinated.
Covid Long Haulers
So you got infected with the disease and survived it. You think that it’s finally over, and you can get back to your usual self. It is true if you survived the second and third time around. Even you had mild symptoms that you thought would last two weeks. But afterward, you still get persistent headaches, fatigue, breathing issues, heart problems, etc. Welcome to the Long Haulers Club.
I have read that only 10% of people of any age can get this. I think that it might be more. So even though that you were over Covid-19, you will get lingering effects of it for life.
This is nothing new. Those people who survived SARS in 2003 are still dealing with the after-effects of that disease even today.
What I Said Will Still Not Change Your Mind About the Vaccine.
Well, if you are still not convinced, I can’t do much about that. However, there is another thing that I know that might. It is working right now in British Columbia, and that is making Vaccine Passports Mandatory everywhere.
