One feature that leaves me a little flat is the actual knobs themselves aren’t as heavy-duty as I thought they might be. I truly thought they would be “more solid.” If that makes sense. Also, on the inside of the knobs where they actually mount inside the cross bore, I noticed plastic parts that come together & mesh but make a good fit.
That’s not a big deal, at least from my perspective, because when the interior and exterior sides of the knobs mount to the door, they make a nice, tight, uniform fit. When you tighten the two screws down, the lock feels solid, with minimum play despite the plastic parts meshing together. Also, as soon as I put the interior and exterior knobs on and tightened them down with the hex wrench provided, the knobs truly felt good and worked fine.
