Life is a journey.
Adulthood
You don’t have to get all right at once.
Guess What: There is no one perfect way to “Adult,” and you don't have to do all the “Adult” things at once, or by a certain time.
- Adulthood doesn’t mean you can’t cry when you need to or feel like it.
- Adulthood doesn’t mean your financial situation is supposed to be perfect.
- Adulthood doesn’t mean your childish habits are supposed to disappear magically.
- Adulthood doesn’t mean you act your age.
- Adulthood is what we make it.
We simply don’t have everything together in our lives, and it’s a rarity to fully ever get there. There is at least one area in each of our lives that needs some attention. Society, people, ideas, and beliefs seem to have the most significant say in what adulthood should and shouldn’t be, but at the end of the day, we are all still just learning how to live this beautiful thing called life. It’s all just a part of the journey.
Don’t put any unnecessary pressure on yourself. Just continue to grow and improve in every way. Adulthood is an evolutionary process.
