Acceptance

Our spirits are shaken, Caught in the cages Of human flesh.

Our souls are screaming out, Begging for our attention.

Do you hear them?

They whisper to you while You’re sleeping, saying “Wake up, wake up, wake up!”

They wish to take loving Control of our bodies, So our minds may find peace.

It can be scary at first, To accept that there is a Soul energy attached to your body.

But it’s always been there.

It’s always begging you to Make the best choices. To nourish yourself: Feed your mind, body, spirit With the healthiest ingredients.

Are you listening to your soul?

Do you ever get quiet Enough to hear its voice?

Close your eyes, Hush your heart, Relax your body, AND LISTEN.
