About Me — Hi I’m A
8 quick things to get to know me better

Dear Reader,
Hi — Hello — Hola! Welcome to my Medium Page.
I’m so happy you’re here and thanks for stopping by. My name is A and I am a writer. Sometimes I pinch myself just saying that.
I-AM-A-WRITER.
On this page I share lessons from my adventures on this blue and green floating ball we call earth. So if you stopped by, I’d like to share a little bit of myself so you can get to know me better. Here we go!
1. I currently live in Florida.
I travel a lot for work and spend a good part of the winter in South America. Ok — well Florida doesn’t have winter but you know what I mean. The “winter months.” Even though I split my time between various places, I’m not a digital nomad.
One of my favorite parts about Florida is being so close to the beach. The ocean feels like home for me. (mermaid vibes)
2. My favorite topics to write about are spirituality and alternative health.
Think of things like psychedelics, meditation, and yoga. Still, I use Medium as a way to express myself and meet other really cool people. Like you!
3. I am a part-time creator.
My 9–5 is in health care and public relations. (whatever that means)
4. I love to travel.
No — actually I’m addicted to traveling. I mean hey there are worse addictions, right? I’m constantly looking for flights and my wanderlust is insatiable. My next big trip is to Southeast Asia. I cannot wait!
5. In a past life I was probably a hippie living on a beach or a Shaman.
The eternal struggle of my soul is the tension between wanting to leave it all behind and move to a quiet beach town — then the reality of being an adult. Dun, dun, duhh. As my bio says, I’m a hippie navigating a 9–5 world.
I’m pretty good at my job (pat on the back) so part of me needs the structure of the adult world. Still, it’s a huge balance.
6. If I could eat one type of food for the rest of my life it would be Lebanese food — hands down!
It’s my love. I don’t know why but my mouth is watering just writing about it. I definitely have a trip to Beirut on my mile-long list of places I want to see. If you’ve been let me know how it was and what to do!
7. My all-time favorite author is Paulo Coelho.
I just can’t get enough of this man's work. My favorite book by him — “Veronica Decides to Die.” It sounds grotesque but is SO good!
8. I’ve learned your health is all you have.
I had a health scare this last year. On paper, I was “healthy” but I felt like crap.
I learned through a lot of pain that your health — mental, physical, and spiritual — is the most important. (Also, your family too.)
To Conclude:
That’s all for now. Thank you for stopping by and checking out my articles. I’m looking forward to connecting with you! My reader and future friend.
Peace and Blessings,
A
