In my profile, I write about wealth, health, and freedom. That’s my dream. Abundance 4 ALL. Easily possible if we collectively want to. And understand what we do wrong in our systems (metrics and twists) and how to do it better

So, if you follow me, you can expect stories with a twist. Lots of unpopular opinions because I’m a ‘dwarsdenker’ in my own country the Netherlands in the EU. An upside-down thinker. And the professionals around me are like that too. We are the swoosh that pushes the oxygen out and the swoosh that lets the oxygen back in

My big love Mike is always accompanying me. We have founded the think-tank Abundanism together. And we travel the world to educate and inspire with nature-based solutions and biomimicry

Rather important for our human health and environmental health now that we are consuming a credit card of microplastics every week

Whereas we can easily shift to microbial plastics and make sure products are strong during their lifespan and biodegradable afterward. Made of abundantly growing crops such as bamboo, seaweeds, thistles (Novamont is already making these plastics and lubricants), water hyacinth, industrial hemp, etc.

Industrial mining is passe now that we can locally harvest polluted soil with phytomining. In short, we are shifting from the industrial world to the post-industrial world of And & And, depending on the scope of the system and ways to connect the dots in patterns

Economic dots. Material dots. Human dots. Communication dots. Humans are a strange species and I’m laughing my head off every day! How we even make our own species infertile with our sewer systems full of peed-out pharma and toxic chemicals

Sooooooooooooo silly for a species that considers itself more intelligent than animals and microbes

The other day I asked my oncologist “What should I do with my peed-out chemo?” He looked at me with wonder in his eyes. He never understands me although we have a huge respect for each other

I explained about pee and how it’s not logical that I cause cancer with my peed-out chemo. His job becomes a Sisyphus challenge. Rolling a ball up the mountain forever. Or mopping up the water while the tap is still running. And he answered: “I’m not an environmentalist. I don’t know anything about that”

So, I laughed my loveliest smile and said cryptically: “Everything is connected in space, my friend, everything is connected in strands of twisting and untwisting number sequences. The language of nature is math. Geometry. Swoosh!”

My oncologist knew of course. He’s not stupid…

He’s just… a man… Hihihi…

Technology

I show my students where the big shifts are and how they can contribute to those big shifts. Because we need wise leaders in the next generation. All economic and environmental tools have been invented now. With Web3, smart contracts and algorithm sequences of DLT, IoT, and edge computing. The Spatial Web

In our projects, we combine it all with nature-based solutions and abundantly available materials of course…

Designing products that are strong during the lifespan and biodegradable afterward. Just because they come in another environment at the end of their lifespan. E.g. microbial plastics…

We have a lot of wicked problems in the world, but we just have to speed up and scale up. Hard tech and software tech. And all the time with humanness in the center. Wisdom. Leadership. And a loose kind of control. Freedom 4 ALL

In my professional life, the Superformula is central in all my explanations, also called GIELIS transformations in science. Generalized Intrinsic and Extrinsic Lengths in Submanifolds. New math since 2003. New geometry. Submanifolds can be read as submarines. Or societies. Immersive systems.

The Superformula is one formula for all shapes of nature. And they merge… Woehoe, they merge… the most immersive experience ever!

I explain everything with the mathematical Superformula. Consciousness, materials, green chemistry, engineering, architecture, data sciences. VR, AR & AI. Understanding is the root of change. Just like the belief that it is possible

Nothing is hopeless. Everything hopeful. Hope = life

Full inclusivity is simple: we are one species among other species and complex flow systems (rivers, mountains, seas, economies, societies) on a planet. And Mike and I design the future with a full spectrum

Longing for a good future pulls us forward. Knowledge of our past gives us confidence. And the present is the twist. The transformation moment. We live from moment to moment. Always in the NOW

I’m a bilingual writer of suspenseful stories, so my stories are set in the future. 2033. And 2222. A happy ending? We can choose future(s). Sssssssst… don’t tell anyone

Living Out Loud influences the whole system!

I’m a Wild Woman Writer. Sometimes, my words will be feministic. I believe in women. And in our power to change the world right now. Women and young people. They are my big loves

Apart from Mike, my grandsons, and the Superformula of course… They are male. Steady, outgoing and masculine

My favorite countries to work in are Greece and Indonesia and all other islands and seas. This year, I’ll spend a lot of time around the Mediterranean with the Blue Hearts project. Satellite data, seaweed, and citizen science by divers, boat captains, fishermen, and regenerative tourists

In autumn and winter, I’ll be in Indonesia. Teaching at Green School Bali. The school is often visited by UN people like Ban Ki Moon and entrepreneurs like Richard Branson. And of course, my friends like Alexandra Cousteau (granddaughter of famous Jacques…)

And Vandana Hart — We Speak Dance on Netflix. We are mermaids together

In the Netherlands, I’m the Director of the IBI2 Futures Academy. Mike and I bring the wisdom of other cultures to mechanical technology. I have Indonesian roots, Mike is half-African. And we were both born with our feet firmly in Dutch clay. Rational, techies ourselves…

With a huge heart & soul…

I’m responsible for the educational content of the Futures Academy. And for the training methods used by my colleagues. We are a sustainability and biomimicry collective of experts

And on Medium, I’m me. Wild, feminine me!

Our 4 grandchildren will be proud of our legacy, we hope. And in the meantime, we are laughing and experimenting. Making mistakes and having successes. And enjoying ourselves tremendously with all these different cultures. Educating and inspiring citizens

And teaching international leaders about the newest tech insights and how to create Abundance 4 ALL economically

Unity & Individuality. And & And. It’s how the Superformula and GIELIS tranformations work. No more group pressure. And always back to the middle. The deep hole inside is where the connection is.

No group pressure is my biggest wish. More flow. Space and resistance is how everything (including us) grows. Resistance is big now. Let’s do more flow. Freedom 4 ALL
