A trip into another reality

Thunderstorm

Back in the 70’s when I was learning to enter other realms of existence that make up our reality I practiced self-hypnosis. One of the techniques that put me into that state of mind was also used for astral travel and remote viewing. Whether you believe those realities exist is another topic for another time but in my mind they do.

Once getting into that state I can set triggers to do certain things. One of the triggers I set was to relax with the sound of thunder. The sound would relax me. I can then decide if I wanted to do anything or just chill in the moment. I could use my mind to float my consciousness out of my body and go anywhere.

Today there was a thunderstorm. One of the claps of thunder was close and loud. It triggered my subcourse mind. I was being summoned to it.

I decided to lay down and answer. I felt my consciousness go up through the ceiling and into the clouds. It was twilight so I could see the clouds. With every flash of light and sound of thunder, I was drawn deeper into Mother Natures’ essence.

The power of the wind. The brightness of the lightening The energy was everywhere.

I lost control in it. I tumbled as it ran through me. It energized me. It cleansed me. It empowered me.

The storm moved on and I began to gain control. The sounds and sights diminished. I was left in the velvety darkness of the night.

I came back into this physical reality. Back into my body. I was energized. I was cleansed. I was empowered.

As I was going to go back to what I was doing I realized I was exhausted.

I need a nap.
