A Toast to Valentines Day

. . . for love around the world

Have you ever thought about how Christmas is considered the most difficult time of the year for people who are alone?

Well, I have — because I am now one of those widowed singles who know how it feels to be alone… anytime!

Christmas can be celebrated legitimately with friends who can be as a family to them — because it is a time of family.

However, Valentines Day is a day of couples celebration. If you are not a couple, how can you possibly celebrate?

If you were once a part of a great couple - but through no fault of your own it ended — how can you celebrate with joy and love on such a day?

Valentines Day brings only sad reminders to those who are missing the love of their life… either those who had but lost… or those who have never found that love.

But are we not all loved equally by the Creator of All who is the personification of love itself… as are we?

Why should we acknowledge and honor only the love of one person for another as the single unit of a couple

when all the world is a world of love for all

… a world that should be honoring the reality of love for and by all beings every single day of the entire year!

I therefore offer a toast to love by and for all beings throughout the universe on this specified day that is called by us humans . . . Valentines Day!

Thank you for reading! May you experience great love on this special day. . . and always!
