Recently, I discovered that we only covered Part 01 of Writer. However, there are three more parts. I want to recap Part 01 and share the remaining 03 parts.

So, let’s start with the recap.

Part-01

There is a well-known story about a rabbit and a tortoise who raced. In the beginning, Rabbit sprinted and leaped, nearly reaching the finish line.

However, the Rabbit decided to nap under a tree, thinking he had plenty of time to finish since the Tortoise was far behind. Little did he know, he fell asleep, and the Tortoise overtook him, eventually winning the race.

Moral of the story: Slow and steady win the race

Part-02

The Rabbit was upset after losing the race to the Tortoise. He was confident that he could beat the Tortoise at any time of the day, so he felt disappointed with the result. The Rabbit approached the Tortoise and asked for another race.

The Tortoise was hesitant at first but eventually agreed. On race day, the Rabbit retook the lead but didn’t stop or fall asleep this time. He crossed the finish line first, and although the Tortoise eventually arrived, the Rabbit had already won the race.

Moral of The Story: Slow and Steady is Good, but Fast and Reliable is Better.

Part-03

In this part, Tortoise seeks Fox’s advice after reflecting on defeat.

Fox suggested that the Tortoise challenge the Rabbit to a race but carefully choose the Path. Tortoise understood and approached Rabbit with the proposal. Rabbit agreed, confident in his speed, and allowed Tortoise to select the Path.

Rabbit took the lead as expected on race day but encountered a river. Unable to cross, Rabbit was forced to stop. Meanwhile, Tortoise arrived later but quickly crossed the river and ultimately won the race.

Moral of the Story: Select a path that aligns with your core competencies.

Part-04

Rabbit and Tortoise agreed to race again and chose the same Path. When Tortoise reached the river where Rabbit was already waiting, he offered to carry Rabbit across.

Together, they crossed the river. Both were happy because they both won the race.

Moral of the story: Team Work is the real winner

Dear Members, I have shared stories with you that contain important morals for our current situation. While the saying “slow and steady wins the race” is true, being fast and reliable is even better.

Another lesson is Choosing a path that aligns with your core competencies to excel in your field. Additionally, teamwork can help us communicate with weaker company employees and achieve bigger goals.
