A Smile Is A Panacea For All Illnesses

It brings warmth to my heart

When I look out in my garden, I am a lonely soul, I smile, with friendliness, And it is a panacea for all illnesses.

Spouse is sick with depression, When I look at him, I smile with empathy, And I am happy.

I gave birth to three boys, All are comfortable in their nests, I smile with contentment, And I am comforted.

I go out for a walk, I look at the trees, I smile with the fresh air, And my face lights up.

I play with the squirrels, They are so naughty, I smile at their friskiness, And I have a friend.

I look at the sky above, It holds the whole universe, I smile at its majestic size, And I am in awe.

The smile has always been my friend. I love to be in the company of people with whom good intellectual discussions take place or simply a feeling of relaxation and letting go of emotions. Where we can smile and be happy together

During the coronavirus period, everybody lives in isolation. When I feel lonely, I smile. It is the panacea of all illnesses for me. I get a glow on my face. I feel that all the tensions have left me. I am happy.
