A Lucid Meditation
A Short Trip to The Pleiades…

Remember Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the guru to the Beatles, Beach Boys and more? I have practiced his Transcendental Meditation (TM) since 1974 when I was a freshman in college.
One characteristic of TM is that falling asleep during the meditation is good, because it is something that the body needs at that moment. (Many other meditations avoid falling asleep as much as possible.)
The following experience is like a lucid dream, but it occurred during a TM meditation. I did not think I was asleep, but my wife said I definitely looked like I was sleeping. So I probably was. Either way, it was a good one…
It was a calm meditation. I was feeling blissful and quiet inside. At one point, I felt myself going through a brown wooden door and falling into blackness on the other side.
I thought to myself that since this was all blackness and nothing else, then how could I be falling, since there was no up or down. This brought the sensation of falling to a stop and I felt myself floating in the emptiness.
I then thought that I don’t really need a body in a place like this, and I then instantly change into a glowing ball of light. I had a similar experience of becoming a ball of light in a lucid meditation decades ago.
It impressed me at how smoothly I could move through the black space as this ball of light, especially compared to my previous experience when my movements were very jerky.
I felt I should go somewhere, and so I went to the Pleiades. I moved a little and was then instantly transports to a place where I was surrounded by very bright stars.
I wanted to go to an inhabited planet, as I had heard that beings in the Pleiades were very friendly.
I landed in a village and the beings there were thrilled to meet me. They looked human-like, though they were blue in skin color and did not have hair. I asked them telepathically if they had anything to teach or tell me to bring back to Earth.
I felt my heart fill and overflow with BLISSFUL LOVE, and I knew that was what they wanted me to bring Earth. I thanked them as I rose into the sky and returned to meditating in my home.
Upon my return to Earth, which only took a couple of seconds, my heart was filled with bliss and love expanding out to the entire planet.
That intensity did not last long, though I think there has been a permanent imprint that I still carry. My personal practice has a strong focus on heart centered love as the vibration of the soul and higher consciousness.
