A short intro to masculine leadership: How to engage people with your authentic presence and lead them with assertiveness
Welcome back !
The Stage: Its the most decisive day in your life. Hundreds have gathered to listen to you.Your decision can be both disruptive and transformation if it reaches the masses with the extent of influence you intended. Suddenly , a tide of overwhelming distraction take over your focus, you feel your presence has become disengaged, you are losing control of your space, confusions create a whirlwind of emotions which start to consume your ability to stay grounded in your plan and intentions.
You, step back and declare to yourself : ” I am weak, and rather incompetent to execute this any further”!!
Finally that insurmountable collapse, takes over!
Prologue: In the series of articles that follow the lineage of this post, I follow a style of dissemination which could be termed a “Concise manifesto” on the topic. Straight to the point, they emulate more of deliverable mind-frames and less of storytelling cliche. My intention here is to deliver upfront from the bank of my own experiences, and also interaction with and initiation from the wisdom of the ‘few wise’ out there untouched by social media propaganda.
So, coming back to the core issue, how to engage with your authentic presence and lead with assertiveness?.The above two characteristics are inseparable polarities which always complete and complement one another.Hence in each of the principles laid out below they are mutually inclusive.

The concise manifesto follows-
Principle 1: You have a delusional level of self-belief and you fearlessly protest any surge of self-doubt from within.
Reflection: Why I didn’t use faith instead of self-belief? Because it has mixed connotations in various cultures. Remember! Self-belief does not imply relying on blind following of (faith!) or in an entity (or institution).Self-belief is not insulated from critique and rationality. Even when you feel there is an insurgent wave of pessimism crashing on your ability to progress further, you counter-frame it as your last chance to disrupt the normal, and redeem your infinite potentiality. Protest means in this context to investigate relentlessly, the origins of self-doubt and uprooting it mercilessly.
Principle 2 :Uphold at all-times your allegiance to self-worth and self-esteem. You commit to congruence in thought, words and action.
Reflection : Often what happens in these emotionally sterilized and polarizing environment is that you tend to leap back and forth from your true spirit to manifesting your intentions.People often hide their intentions for ulterior motives, lack of self-worth, fear of rejection. All of them can be classified under one label: Low self esteem and consequent incongruence
Principle 3 : You will be assertive in your decision, not just out of audacity of knowledge in something, but more often from your deep-rooted sense of purposefulness .Conviction is clarity.
Reflection: You are sure no matter whether the environment favors or not that either you win and lead or you learn and refine. You should instruct yourself continuously to be never confounded in lack of direction and purpose.
Principle 4 : Presence= Ego-less surrender to your totality and not discriminating the parts from the whole .Concisely phrased its ‘integrated mindfulness’ .
Reflection: You embrace your being and always , acknowledge it and commit to be transparent to its nature. This makes your external ‘state’ at any given point in time and space, completely attuned to your ‘inner’ coordinates. Remember, self-denial implies self-sabotage sooner or later and its inevitable, if not irreversible.Your only commitment is to grow and reinvent, its not to grade yourself against the induced scarcity of relativism. This is the core of authentic presence.
Principle 5: You can lead because you are not outcome-dependent or outcome -governed.You have a solid plan, that defines what you want but you are empathetic to listen with composure and negotiate with sensibility any challenge that emerges .
Reflection: Its this instinctual tendency to outperform everytime to gratify your insatiable ego, that makes you strongly attached to result of an act, rather than “conducting and anchoring” it with rationality.
Principle 6: You shall never surrender to any sense of scarcity (by imagination or comparison ) elicited from momentary impulses, provocations and baits.
Reflection: Your aim is to try the best to sustain the unconditional fulfillment from relentlessly pursuing your path and purpose. There can be deviations and distractions to sway you off-center, but you need to have unshakable will and endurance that you will manifest your life-vision.
I believe these 6 maxims lay the foundation of masculine leadership.Any other sub-strategy can be considered a spin-off from one of these.
