POETRY–LOVE

A Shabby Feeling

What is it about — untidiness all around or just within?

“While lying on my bed a feeling so shabby, is going through my head, making me feel unhappy!”

“So much so, I’m missing you and this reason is enough, for me to create cry ‘n’ hue or ponder over such sob stuff!”

“In this remorse state of mind hope my arms around you I wrap, for a happy feeling just to find, I think I’ll put on my wishing cap!”

“Thinking, I soon jumped out of my bed and rushingly got into the shower, to wash this feeling off my head but came out hearing the honk of your car!”

“So I ran to the porch to welcome you, was tired of being very lonely-apart, Waiting day long, how I felt? I knew to bear such idleness near the heart!”
