A Reminder to Myself: It’s Okay Not to Be Okay

It’s okay not to be okay, all the time.

I’m a naturally positive person, I have been told on several occasions that I radiate light and good vibes and mostly I see the good in everything and embrace a very positive lifestyle.

But sometimes, granted it’s rarely, that all goes out the window and I don’t feel like shining, I just feel blah.

This is a very human reaction, I think.

So today, I’m simply reminding myself, and you, that it’s okay not to be okay, all the time.
