A Salad For Any Occasion

If you’re someone like me who gets bored of the same salads all the time, be bored no more! I want to share one of my favorite salads with the world. This salad is from my home country of Russia and during the spring and summer months when radishes are in season, it’s a staple dish. This salad is crunchy, it has protein, and a creamy dressing that makes it perfect for any occasion — from Tuesday Night Dinner to Corporate Potluck.

The great thing about this salad is that it also is super easy, and comes together in about twenty minutes.

Step 1: Radishes
