A Poem of Right and Might
My unpopular opinion is that spirituality demands that we stand up and fight

To be or not to be we should not ask this is not what karma presents as task
Intents and purposes karma demands the results do not matter where the end lands
World powers sit idly wringing their hands so afraid to dictate line in the sand
New age spiritualists bleed futile tears handcuffed by empathetic fears
Machiavelli almost had it right The means justify fight for love and light
All our dates of death the universe has long known So stop putzing around and live in the proud zone
Look at the citizens of Ukraine Willing to die for their precious liberty and terrain
We must risk our lives just the same Lest merely exist and bow our heads in shame
I might hereby express the most unpopular opinion ever stated in these fine pages. I read story after story, and text after text, written by kind souls expressing how can this be in modern ages? I also read or used to read actually, stories wishing for some new age creation of expansion to 5D. That will certainly be the end of times for if Earth ever actually moved into that dimension of their imaginations, the universe would no longer need our existence.
In January 2021 I read with delight Patrick Paul Garlinger’s essay Can We Let Go of These 5 Spiritual Words in 2021?, in which he writes, among the other stop-the-bullshit-truths I read with applause:
The truth is that none of us knows what an enlightened world looks like because we are still carrying with us concepts, constructs, and beliefs that are part of our current mass consciousness,
to which I responded:
Nor is it ever going to happen — the entire planet enlightened — it’s ridiculous — if it happened there would be no more reason for Earth to exist — we would stop reincarnating.
Another unpopular opinion of mine is that each and every one of our dates of death is predetermined, yet how we live and how we die is very much the product of the intersection and chaotic reactions of our individual and collective free will.
So, now let me bring this back to my poem. NATO and the USA must intervene in the war in Ukraine with our military might. I know that risks, no, means World War III. So be it. We cannot allow Putin’s threats of nuclear war to deter us. If, as a result, everyone on the planet dies, that would be the result of us taking the right action. That is good karma.
No one will die that wasn’t meant to die. Dates of death are predetermined. If nuclear war occurs, we will not have changed destiny. If we don’t act, which would be us not acting out of fear, and I assure you God abhors not acting rightly out of fear, not acting will not save lives. Some other calamity like a comet impact will wipe out life in this timeline or reality if it is our collective day to die.
Don’t fret. Our souls are eternal and we would come back to Earth in a different timeline/reality.
I believe that souls are time travelers in that we can choose to improv-script our masterclasses at any point in time. I do not believe an already-lived life has to have taken place in the past nor that a yet-to-be-lived life has to take place in the future. I do not believe that the paradoxes of timeline crossing as discussed in science fiction present an issue. Each chosen setting is an alternate reality.
[post-publication edit — Moreover, as I read a couple of weeks after I penned this, the universe will not allow the destruction of Earth and its inhabitants. I quote from Jodie Helm’s 5th installment of her Q&A series with the Archangels:
Question: One of my readers asked if the Archangels would prevent nuclear war from ever happening in order to save the Earth. Can you please address this?
Answer: This is not a black and white issue with a simple yes or no answer. It is complex, because more than one “rule” is at stake here. On the one hand, free will is a divine promise and an irrevocable part of humanity. On the other hand, the Earth is also under divine protection, because it is of extreme value to the entire universe, therefore it cannot be sacrificed.
…
it is highly unlikely the Earth will ever be allowed to be destroyed. More than likely, if nuclear war [were] planned, we would interfere in non-violent ways to block it from taking place. There are many ways to do this that we could put into play which we will not discuss, but we can say with conviction that neither the whole of humanity nor the Earth will be destroyed, although as can be witnessed now, damage can indeed occur. As to that, we can assure you that nothing is irreversibly damaged, whether or not your science can verify this fact at this time.

My other opinion unpopular among the bleeding heart spiritual empaths is the realization that what they call evil is necessary for everyone’s spiritual growth. As I wrote in a comment yesterday to a true channeler of the archangels, Jodie Helm (highly recommended reading):
I find myself saying what I highlighted here a lot lately when people just can’t understand the way people treat other people. About the first person to explain soul contracts to me, I have written: “Meredith’s conception of God, or the Great All, and how we and our souls fit in, is that when our souls leave the Great All to take human form we contract with the universe to experience certain painful things on Earth that are not spiritual so we can learn what is spiritual (love, kindness, compassion, charity, etc.)”
That requires “bad” actors. Now certainly the Putins of the world have gone too far off script, and their souls will have to face the music, but I am not excusing evil with “spiritual jargon” as some say to me. I just have a different perspective. I’ve been both slaves and a slave trader in past lives.
Thank you for reading my perspectives. I look forward to your comments and please feel free to express disagreement with me. I’m not here to win a popularity contest.
In Rama I create, with soul-energy surging through my body, inspiring me and breathing wind into my sails,
