The Future of Simily
This poem will hit home for writers who tried this content platform.

Three ladies created a website called Simily. It sure was a development shrouded in mystery.
Its purpose was for writers to publish their stories And relish in the experience of all their glory.
The initial plan was to be a platform for fiction. But a later decision was to have no restriction.
So authors could post stories to their hearts’ content And not worry about what was initially meant.
The interest grew as people wrote reviews of the site. And many people thought the future looked bright.
However, the growth of the platform was delayed And both writers and readers became dismayed.
Numerous problems arose from the start. And it caused confusion that made many depart.
The hesitation to fix the bugs was not understood. But the founders had definite reasons why they should.
It was not wise to host Simily on a WordPress platform. That was not beneficial in any appropriate form.
The three founders intended to change the plan And make it even better in the end.
Without much effort, how long would it survive? Especially if they couldn’t keep it alive.
Fixing bugs should have been quick. It’s simple arithmetic.
Creative writers won’t wait forever. They have a different agenda.
