Summary

Anne Bonfert presents a personal photographic challenge, capturing daily life over a week with a one-word description for each image.

Abstract

Inspired by a challenge from Dennett, Anne Bonfert embarked on a week-long personal project to photograph moments from her daily life. Each day, she captured an image, accompanied by a single word that encapsulates the essence of the photograph. The images range from a flowerbed to a sundowner, reflecting the beauty and nature she encountered. This challenge led her to appreciate the beauty in her home country, Germany, after six years of living abroad. She believes that traveling broadens one's perspective and opens one's eyes to the world's beauty. Bonfert used a Canon EOS D750 and a GoPro Hero 7 black for her photography and invites readers to view more of her work in a linked article titled "Broken Soil."

A Personal Photographic Challenge

Taking every day a picture for one week

I got inspired from Dennett’s photo challenge to take every day one photograph. Here is the result. Seven days and seven captures of things or moments out of my daily life. With a one-word-description.

This has been my week. Lots of nature. Lots of beauty.

Enjoying life.

After six years of living abroad, it opened my eyes. Back in Germany, I see beauty in things which I never saw. Traveling inspires. Traveling widens your horizon. Traveling opens your eyes for the beauty in the world.

Photographs are taken with my Canon EOS D750 and the GoPro Hero 7 black.
