A Note To The Dads

Because you are important too.

You are as important as the mothers of the world, dads. As a general rule, dads get a lot less credit than moms do when it comes to parental kudos. I would like to officially thank you, dads. All of the dads.

Your presence in your children’s lives makes more of a difference than first meets the eye.

You play a huge role in the shaping of people of the world. In fact, you are half of the equation, for those who have a mom and a dad.

If you are a dad who is raising kids without their mom, for whatever reason, I extend this heartfelt thank you to you.

If you are just a daddy who takes care of his family, including mom than I give my sincerest thanks also.

If you were raised by a dad… you probably suffered through crooked ponytails and strange combinations of food for breakfast. For you, I send my best wishes and love too.

Dads are cool.

Just thought I should mention this, on this mother-themed day.

Not all moms are female. Sometimes dads are the moms.

For the dads trying to make it all balance, I dedicate this funny clip from one of the best dad movies, ever.

In this scene you will see Robin Williams — a Dad who is trying to spend time with his children during a bad split up with his wife. He poses as an elderly woman in order to get time with his kids and in the process he becomes Mrs. Doubtfire- the best babysitter ever. Its hilarious- enjoy.
