A New Sex Position Every Woman Should Master: The 61.

She lets her hand travel over his body, getting very close to his penis without touching it. She uses her fingers and her nails to explore his body. This may be enough to get him hard or, at least, get his cock to start stiffening in anticipation.
She eventually touches his penis but for a very short period of time. She alternates between caressing his body and slightly touching his penis until his cock is rock hard. Once that is achieved, she positions her mouth right over the tip of his penis as if she was about to suck him.
