So, I’ve been recovering from RSV. It’s a long haul, but at least it wasn’t Covid. Three weeks it’s taken me to begin being almost normal again. I am being slow, deliberately slow about it, but I had an experience today that troubled me.

My neighbor is pretty much housebound. Several months ago, I volunteered my services to help her with shopping and stuff like that. It escalated until I was kicking myself for doing that.
