A Nation (Iran) Bleeding for freedom!

The Middle East is paradoxical because of the Islamic Republic of Iran, also known as Iran and once known as Persia. It is a proud and old civilization, whose ideas of liberty and democracy under Cyrus the Great helped lay the groundwork for some of the American founding principles. While Iran itself has struggled to achieve democracy, the Constitution. Throughout the 20th and 21st centur- ies, the Iranian people have fought for their right to freedom. The majority of Iranians support the West, but an anti-Western religious theocracy viol- ently oppresses them. Although there is diversity in Iran, the majority of the population is culturally, ethnically, and linguistically Iranian, making it a unique country in the Middle East. The Iranian people speak Persian, also known as "Farsi,"Iran has a diverse population, although the bulk of Iranians are unlike their nearby neighbors in terms of their culture, ethnicity, and religion.

From hostage crisis to headscarf incidents the people have had enough. Media and 24 hours news channels are now a source of protest- ers to be heard to the world, but what for? Silence from the world peace stakeholders. No one is soverign above the State but if the State (like Iranian theocracy) itself threatens and harms people's integrity and their freedom the results are dark.

Living in a time where people realise their rights, know their worth and ob- serve the free world around them life of such authoritative regime seems shorten. The sad part is that humanit- arian interventions lead to more loss of lives, economy and peace.

For mankind peace and freedom has always been as important as food and water.Theocracies often escape goat religion to gain themselves legitimacy and soft corners but ironically people are aware of the difference between extremism and religious obligations. And everytime the regime kills or op- presses someone more of the people rise and when of a nation rise their "fate", "reality" and "destiny" changes.

The very recent incident of Masha Amini’s death has out broken seemingly unstoppable protesters and voices (on social media mostly) from all around the world. Freedom and free choice is for what the world is standing. People within Iranian regime are daring to do whatever pokes and bothers the regime holders. Another grievance is the deaths of protesters including children, women and youth, but apparently many of the people now have decided a no coming back all they wan’t to achieve is "death to the dictator and the theocracy". For this very cause they are upto give away their individual and loved ones lives. Whatever it costs clearly the present generation in Iran is fighting for freedom.

After Amini’s death women are seen world wide cutting their hair (as a symbol of protesting) either it is a public protest in Iran or a live show at India. Head scarfs are being burned and day by day more and more women are standing to take off their head Scarfs (which are obligatory to be worn in Iran). Meanwhile, people from rest of the world are stressing on their perspectives in this regard some are criticizing the "Hijab" or headscarf ban in Switzerland, france and New Zealand others are framing their versions of religious obligations. Some stress at the choice of women to freely wear whatever they want in whichever region of the world they are, i.e Coming from the feminist perspective. The sympathy and support largely lies with the women in Iran and it’s clearly visible with the passing time. The question stands that either meir protests and symbolic representations are enough for the Iran’s regime change or is the reality different ?

Hope is what gives life to humans and many optimists hope for a good change fantasizing revolution and free world. While we can not reflect the deep rooted and extremely Strong regime and its control over the public. So hope is of peace and fears are of no change with more and more loss of lives and livelihoods. The burden lies on world community and their unity, for a united whole striving for a single purpose can change and shape nothing less than a better future.
