A million ways of love…
A poem to say “thank you” to someone special
Soft kisses on a tired face, Morning poems packed with adoration, Yummy goodies for an ailing body, Soothing words for an anguished heart.
Passionate hugs just the way I like them, Dreams of future to keep me on my toes, Reminders to be sound in health, A helping hand when my mind fails me.
I know not how to rhyme, Or make sentences ring with alliteration, All I know is to string a few words together, And hope it makes my sweetheart smile.
You have loved me in a million ways; Ways in which I couldn’t love myself, For that, I’m forever grateful, My darling, and my best friend…
