A Letter to You

Hey! I know it’s been a while since I’ve written a letter to you, but I want you to know that I’ve been encouraged to write you these words that you’ve long deserved. Please forgive me for being late, not because I stopped loving you or something, it’s the other way around, I live and I enjoy your love every day, so I apologize for not being able to take care of her.

I don’t know how to express all the love I feel for you. But I want you to notice how important you are to me, how much I adore you, and how much I want to be together. When you came into my life, you filled me with joy and many smiles (especially smiles). But the most important thing is that you filled my future with hope. Thinking about you, I organized my days, today and tomorrow, because in you I found the energy I needed to face new goals, new challenges, and new visions.

Thanks to you, I’m a better person. I learned to be generous, to share my time, space and feelings. I was always thinking of you when I began to overcome my fear of loving and being loved. I understand that love is not possible without respect, but not without laughter. Thinking of you, I felt part of this world, a wonderful world that would not be my world without you.

I would like to tell you many more things. I can write them down so that you never forget my feelings, but I confess that I do not have the right words to express all this intensity. But I tell you that, because of your love, I defend you, I smile, I do everything possible to give you the best I have, I am waiting for you and I really live and die for you.
