Good Day, everyone. I hoped my last declaration would be my last for the year. However, one of my most beloved servants, Inyah, has come to me crying. I’m surprised at this because usually, she’s very cheerful in my presence. I asked my child what was wrong. She has informed me that the Medium Algorithm has removed her account without any warning. She disappeared like a vapor in the night. A flower in the wind, never to be seen again. So, of course, I felt that pain because I work- I mean, she has worked very hard on her post on Medium to inspire, uplift, and heal herself and others. So we can all see that we all are similar.

The distress that this has caused her troubled me, so I appealed. They answered my short, simple email, which consisted of only three sentences; “Haylo, I received a notice that my account is under investigation. The email on the account is [email protected]. Please advise me on why my account is in violation. Thank you.” I wanted to get to the bottom of this. They finally responded and said her account got caught up in a “spam” folder and that they restored her account signed trust and safety. My servant InYah does not feel safe being on a platform that has frequently had issues with this matter.

So, I advised her to download and put all her files in a folder. I have also advised her, with the help of others, maybe, just maybe, to create something that belongs to you. Something where you can be free to write your heart out and won’t have to fear because the Queen will be in charge. But we will talk about that later.

For those of you who have been affected by this, I will make a decree. I decree that we write a letter to Medium about the distress this causes the writers. There are real spambots out here who are overlooked, but those like my servant Inyah may not take this well. She is not a friend of Medium, but many of you are. Would you feel a type of way if you were paying money and this happened? Maybe there is a way to stop this from happening to someone else. We can make a difference. Well, that is all for now. Haylo, everyone, this is not a parody but something that really happened. I couldn’t clap, comment, or even edit. People were not able to read my stories. My profile was gone without notice. Immediately, I felt guilty because I wondered if I said something wrong.
