A Journey Within
Discover your own little light within

Amidst the whispers of the soul’s sweet
song,
Within the chambers of the heartbeat’s.
throng,
A journey unfolds – a path to self-love’s
grace.
A time for us to love our own face.
To find the strength to where you truly
belong.
Through valleys of love, you wander along,
Find the essence of your gentle own self.
Be kind and loving in your mental health.
In the mirror’s reflection, you gaze deep
within,
Discover a love that’s pure, and void from
sin.
To dance with shadows and face your light,
A song of acceptance – a loving, true sight.
You are the author, the keeper of light.
This is your story, this is your fight.
A mosaic of moments, both bitter and
sweet,
A masterpiece of love, with life’s own feat.
Sing notes of compassion, in every line.
A bloom of expression, a tear of time.
To not turn in circles,
Enter where self-love is spun,
To the strength of a thousand suns.

This is your journey,
An odyssey of the soul,
Unveil the treasures,
To make you once more whole.
Within the rooms of self-love, find sweet
release,
A sanctuary of serenity, your mind is at
peace.
Take a pew and read your own book,
Your chapter is beautiful,
Your mind is its nook.
Open your eyes and see your own light,
You are your destiny.
Choose your own fight,
Now is the time to love who you are.
Be the boldest and truest little star.
Although your feet may feel achy and blue,
Keep walking this journey with you.
For at the end, there will be such love,
Freedom of mind, peace like the dove.

I hope you know how strong you are and I hope my writing gives you comfort in the dark.
Wear your own shoes – this is your own journey to find yourself. Have love and love the life you have – even when all seems lost.
Have the strength to keep walking.
