A fishing story

It was just another ordinary day on the water. Mike and Joe had been fishing for a couple of hours. Tide had been slack and was just starting to move.

Joe hadn’t had a bite all morning. Mike was getting ready to refresh his bait for the incoming tide. He had reeled in his rod.

All of a sudden there was a bite on Joe’s rod. It caught him off guard and the rod went overboard.

From the other side of the boat, Mike having his rod ready cast across the line. Luckily it snagged and caught it. He reeled in and got hold of Joe’s rod. They caught the fish too. It was the biggest of the day. They got a great story to go along with it.
