A few secrets, that you might find interesting to read about me
or not, lets have some fun today. Shall we?
Recently, I was tagged in an article by Iva Ursano in her “10 Things You Don’t Know About Me” post. So I had so much fun reading hers; I wanted to write my own!
It’s fun, and sometimes all my articles seem very heavy on me, and sometimes they can emotionally drain me, so let’s make today about fun.
I am going to admit that I am changing the title, sorry, Iva.
So a few things that you might not know about me, as I often say, who is this Sara chick who writes.
Let’s roll, shall we?
I am not a fan of listicles. I rarely read what is below that first sentence; I skim them instead of reading. Sometimes I write them I am guilty, but only when I don’t have a lot to say. I always have a lot to say!
I am a sun in Aquarius, moon in Aires, and a rising Capricorn, and yes, I am one of “those” into astrology. I love all things mystical; crystals, tarot cards, incense, candles.
My Venus is in Pisces, which means I like to be surrounded by beauty, and I love textures, which means; also, I’m not too fond of certain textures, sandpaper, and chalk.
The Aquarius side is very out there and lives in her world. My moon is in Aires, which is my emotions are fierce, fiery, and can be short-tempered, and I get very emotional very fast, and then I am over it just as quickly.
My rising is in Capricorn; this is the one that drives me nuts. The drive and the need to always feel grounded when my other two signs live in the ethereal world; is what makes me crazy and also my drive for work.
I am an enneagram seven and a wing of six. I told you I am into all things mystical! As an enneagram seven, I want to have fun, all of the time, every chance I get. We want to party non-stop. I wonder why I had a drinking problem right — hiding feelings and having fun!
Sometimes I do not know what I think, feel, or want because the energy of those around me influences me. I have a weird energy thing that I can not explain, making me think I am going crazy. I can’t even explain it.
All I know is it is why I was good at my job. My natural state is a healer, in all ways, whether it was as a nurse, friend, or reading tarot cards. I love to listen to others and help them find the answer within themselves.
Ok, this one is not a secret if you read my writing. I hate to advise because the answer is within you. However, I love to help you find the answer that is inside of you without telling you.
I love the look on someone’s face when you “get” it. I hate giving advice but love asking questions and inspiring curiosity in others.
I have zero tattoos, and I will never get one. I do have a nose ring. I also record everything!
I think no is a complete sentence. I also think some things do not need long explanations.
I love living in Colombia, but I have a very unpopular opinion about Medellin. I don’ like it. It is not the city for me — a very unpopular opinion. I am aware.
If I could have one superpower, it would be to fly. Like a bird. Not in an airplane. I hate flying in a plane, but I love airports. I know, weird.
I do not have a driver’s license, it expired in January, and I did not want to fly home to renew it. Mainly because of covid restrictions, I would not be able to re-enter Colombia. So I let it go; I hate driving anyway and have only driven about five times in the past 3.5 years.
My favorite flavor of ice cream in Colombia is Maracuya, and my favorite flavor in Argentina is Tramontana, and if those two flavors aren’t available, it is Strawberry.
The one place that is on my bucket list to visit, is Nepal.
I love including real pictures, so you know that I am a real person sitting behind a keyboard.
