A Devil Disguised as a Landlord

A poetic rendition of a fictitious landlord who is not mine.

When your landlord is secretly a demon, All kinds of awful tricks he shall play. Enter into your house without warning, Go into your bedroom without knocking.

He may set unrealistic expectations, Try to evict you for unfounded reasons. He may try to convince you of things, Tell you that you are at fault.

When it comes time to pay, Extra charges you may find. Your utilities are paid, But he could want more.

A lawyer you may consider, Getting the law on your side. A conference face to face, A solution could be found.

When your landlord is a devil, No ill words shall be spoken. That devil has a clause, You must not make them look bad.
