LINES CONTAINING

A country poem

For the place, I was born.

Beauteous, evergreen O my country, Amazing the way you are, Notes after notes I write and tear, but can’t capture your love, your - Gorgeousness, elegant pleasure, and vast landscape of beauty. Lush green, ranging from fields to forest, Alluring beach sand, where the Bay of Bengal touches your feet, Dimming light of the sun reflects with its golden beauty, Enormous Sundarban sings the song of mangrove vastness. Sweeping plains with splendid hue, Oh! I feel- Hungry for your love, and search you in my dreams.
