I’m learning more and more to appreciate the little things that life has in store for us.

Romanticizing our life a little is also good for the soul and mind

There are so many good things that often pass us by.

Things like a good breakfast, a walk in nature, music that soothes us or even holding on to our family.

We don’t need to have everything to be happy, because no one can really have everything.

More and more I am trying to change my mindset to be more calm and zen.
