I remember that breathing the air in and out is my connection to Spirit and love. As a regular meditator, I let go of having to control my breath and just watch it instead.</p><p id="9429">Focus attention on your heart chakra at your sternum (between your pectoral muscles or breasts). On the in-breath say — silently/inwardly “I” keeping focus on the sternum. On the out-breath — silently/inwardly say “am” and continue to repeat this cycle until you notice a subtle vibration or resonance in your heart chakra. Without force or trying to control it, allow it to grow past your immediate auric field. (This is where the principle of quantum entanglement comes into play for me.)</p><p id="50c8">Visualize Earth from space. Call out silently/ in your greater mind to Elohim and ask to being included in this group higher consciousness.</p><p id="b2fe">I find this is a time of feeling love and compassion that is so wide and big. Let the meditation end as it wishes, or when your smaller self comes in and asserts itself. That’s how it usually ends for me.</p><h1 id="b072">Conclusions</h1><p id="f281">Being is a subtle feeling. Of course, when the feeling of beingness has ended, my smaller self wants to claim it. This is impossible to stop. And I claim the experience and want more of it. This is one reason any meditation is called a practice. I have been practicing being meditations for over 20 years. An expert — I am not, nor am I, good at it. My heart is filled with compassion, love and light for my smaller self and for all beings and space everywhere, be they biological or non-biological.</p><p id="e797">Traditional mediation may reach similar being states without the guided ones listed above.</p><p id="e23a">The instructions were channeled from the Elohim/Elijah with interspersed observations from the writer (me).</p><p id="3735">Thank you for reading. A “Being” Meditation

Explorations into Higher Consciousness

I don’t have adequate words for Being. It is opposite my small sense of self. Or it could be called a sense of self without attachments. It is a step towards the continuum of enlightenment.

I channel a group called “The Twelve” of which Elohim is a part. In short, Elohim is a group consciousness or demiurgic intelligence “sent” by God. Elohim anchors higher vibrations to many planets in multiple galaxies. Earth is one of the many planets. Contact with Elohim results in an experience of being. My first contact with this group was during a simultaneous life experience or a past life, present, and future life experience happening simultaneously.

A Being Meditation

Note:

Read the entire meditation before you engage in the practice, so you form a cognitive map. It’s something I do when I begin a new practice.

Preparation

Find a place to sit. This is a place where you won’t be disturbed for the next 20 to 40 minutes. Remember to turn your phone off and, at the very least, your notifications, alarms, and go on airplane mode. Get comfortable.
