A $6.99 Investment Means I Can Put My Feet Up
A unique service that takes a little time loading all your articles at the front end but then does all the scheduled Tweets for you.
My little investment was made at the end of January. By mid-February, I’d forgotten all about it. Until I wondered why so many of my evergreen articles from early 2020 were finding popularity with readers. The list of stories earning money again after being dormant for months was pretty long!
Twenty-one Tweeted stories earned the equivalent of the investment I made in February. You might think well that’s not that impressive, and you’d be right if it weren’t for the knock-on effect. Once a reader comes to read something that caught their eye, they might stop and browse for another good read. Thus boosting other posts.
There’s also a tenuous link, I may be imagining it, to the number of curated articles in February, too. Seventeen articles were chosen. This has never happened before. Not to me.
The trend continues into March. So far, three long-forgotten stories have cropped up in the cents earned list.
When I scheduled stories to be Tweeted I didn’t go crazy with eight-hour intervals in a day. This is the minimum number that Twitter will accept. Anything below this is considered spamming. I varied the time between posting from 1 day to 18 days.
Today it took me about 20 minutes to copy and paste three weeks worth of Medium, NewsBreak, and Vocal stories into the Signal scheduler. That’s it for another two weeks.
As the Signal landing page says:
Schedule and auto-recycle your tweets.
Get more traffic. Grow your audience.
Signal auto-tweets your articles on repeat to help you share your articles and grow your audience on your schedule.
I’d say that’s a good investment of time and $6.99 a month.
Thanks for reading.
