A 2021 Journey On Medium
A post to review and reflect 2021
There is only one day left until New Year’s Eve. 2021 was a wonderful year here on Medium. In 2021, I learned many things and was able to fulfill some of the goals.
This year was special for me because I started Lifeline and I was to open a poetry pub for a long time. Lifeline is my special place because Poetry is my first love.
Not just Lifeline, how can I forget The Summit. The Summit is gaining traction for the last some days because of the constant support of my wonderful fellow authors. In 2021, I opened these two publications on Medium which was a dream for me.
In addition to that, I improved my writing compared to the beginning when I started my journey. That was my major goal when I started this journey.
There were ups and downs to this journey. There were days when I thought of quitting but fortunately, I am glad that I didn’t quit.
If you are the one, who just started on Medium please keep writing. I know it will take some time, but you will surely be successful and become a good writer.
Many people helped me here to keep going on with writing. Here are some of the people whose writing helps me to write more.
First of all, my first inspiration on this platform is Dr. Preeti Singh
She is a wonderful and kind soul. Her traveling stories are my favorite ones. She is an excellent writer who almost writes on every topic, from technology, finances, gadgets, and beautiful poetry.
She helped me throughout my entire journey. Her comments and feedbacks are very special for me and I will always look forward to reading them.
Moreover, a wonderful author lady Trista Signe Ainsworth here on Medium whose Creativity and inspiring pieces help me to find joy in little things.
I first time interact with her when I joined her beautiful publication Thank You Notes and read more of her work. She is a creative person and has a very different and positive perspective on everything in life.
Donnette Anglin and Yana Bostongirl both are very popular writers on Medium. Whenever I read their piece of work, I always felt that I am not alone in this life who feel it a particular thing. They write very relatable content so every reader can connect with them and their writing.
Donnette Anglin's inspirational stories work for me like motivational fuel. They filled new positivity in my life.
Dr. Fatima Imam is an ideal poet for me on this platform. She is excellent at writing poetry. Her usage of different and creative words makes every poem a masterpiece.
Vidya Sury, Collecting Smiles a person who is spreading kindness and humanity by writing such wonderful pieces on Medium.
Shameem Anwar’s motivational short stories are a great way to handle stress and feel inspired.
Lucia Landini is a wonderful writer who writes about her personal experience and gives motivation.
OrlaK 's interesting travel stories and deep poems and Haikus help me to make a great day.
Some of the poets, who I can’t forget to mention in this list because they are wonderful poets and supporters. My special gratitude to Arbab Z. Hamsalekha Colleen Millstead Nicole Sponsel Ali Ilana Lydia Marilyn Glover Neera Handa Dr. Josh Balerite Acol Giulietta Passarelli America Zed⚡
Thanks for helping me throughout the year in good and bad times. Your presence here makes difference in my life. Thanks to all of you for writing and helping your readers.
