90-Second Italian Mozzarella and Sun-dried Tomato Bread

A simple, delicious breakfast begins with a simple protein like an egg, a simple savory component like a tomato, and a simple bread!
Mozzarella & Sun-dried Tomato Bread 3 tablespoons almond flour 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 tablespoon Ghee 1 tablespoon Sun-dried tomato (diced) 1 tablespoon Mozzarella (shredded) 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasonings
Combine all the ingredients and pour them into a wide-bottom mug prepared with non-stick cooking spray. Place in a microwave and bake for 90 seconds. Turn out onto a plate, cool slightly, and slice horizontally.
Well-seasoned scrambled eggs and sliced tomatoes make an excellent team for breakfast or brunch. Enjoy!
