90% of People Are Doing This Wrong
Even I am the one -but I am learning my lesson and you need to learn yours

Today, I came across one YouTube video and it has the story something like that:
A 24 year old boy was looking out of train’s window and shouted — “Dad look the trees are going behind!”
Dad Smiled and a young couple sitting nearby, looked at 24 year old’s childish behavior with pity, suddenly the 24 year old again exclaimed..!
“Dad look the clouds are running with us!”
The couple couldn’t resist and said to the man — Why don’t you take your son at the good Doctor? The man Smiled and said — I did and we are just coming from the Hospital, my son was blind from birth — he just got his eyes today.
After watching this story, I was emotional and it reminded me of the mistake I did back then while judging people. So, let’s dive in to know to whom I judge.
After my undergrad, I took a job in a small startup firm, and our boss used to wear black shirts/t-shirt daily. At the start I and my colleague didn’t notice much but then:
First month past Second month past Third month past …
But still, he used to wear black daily. After that, I and my colleague started discussing — why our boss doesn’t wear some other colors of clothes and we started making assumptions and there we went wrong.
After that, we got to know something which made us realize our mistakes and made us aware that everyone has a story behind what they do.
We found out that his wife died in a car accident two years back and from that time he started wearing black.
According to Psychology Today's article — it describes that our thoughts are different when we judge an unknown person and it totally flips when we judge our friends. Take an example:
Think about your best friend. If they didn’t call you back right away, would you think it is because they are rude or cold-hearted? Probably not. You’d think of the specific reasons they might not be able to call back because you know a lot about their situation. Maybe they’re stuck in a meeting or caring for a loved one.
The moral of the story is — we humans start judging unknown people easily. In a few seconds, minutes, hours, or days we judge someone based on their appearance and their actions without knowing and understanding the reason behind it.
I was in that 90% of people but after that incident, I have stopped judging people. I judge only when I have to say something good about them otherwise I don’t comment. I guess even you must have gone through the same situation and must have judge someone unfairly. So, just want to say that:
Everyone has a story to tell. Some are written in books and others are confined in hearts. — Savi Sharma
Apologize to someone if you did and stop judging because everyone is going through some phase of life they don’t discuss openly. If someone didn’t reply to your Hi when you saw them in your neighborhood. It’s okay. Probably they are distracted with some family problems or must have stress because of work or perhaps because of earbuds they must have not heard your Hi. So, instead of thinking bad about them for not responding — Just don’t judge the situation and give that gift to yourself and as well as them.
Just the way I have learned my lesson you to learn from your judgment opinions. As we don’t know the reason of — Why they are the way they are?
As it is said — Don’t judge a book by it’s cover.
